How do I book an appointment?

You can reserve an appointment online through our booking system. Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately, and an SMS reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment

Why aren’t treatments and prices listed online?

in line with current TGA guidelines, we’re unable to display specific treatment names, prices, or before and after images online. All details, including pricing, will be discussed with you during your consultation.

Who will perform my treatment?

All treatments at Shana Aesthetics are performed by Shana Ljuboja, a Registered Nurse (Division 1), AHPRA Registration Number: NMW0001951616.

Are your treatments safe? What are the potential side effects?

All treatments at Shana Aesthetics begin with a consultation to assess suitability. Where required, a doctor’s prescription will be provided to ensure your safety. Side effects are generally mild and may include redness, swelling, or bruising at the treatment site. These usually settle within a few days, and guidance will be provided on how to manage them.

Is treatment painful?

Most clients find treatments very tolerable. A strong topical numbing cream is applied beforehand, and additional measures such as ice and deep breathing techniques are used to support your comfort. Any discomfort is usually mild and short-lived, but we will discuss options with you during your consultation to ensure you feel at ease.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone or with only one support person if needed. For safety and privacy reasons, additional guests and pets are not permitted in the treatment area.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be redeemed towards your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within this timeframe, or non-attendance, will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee being charged.

Is it safe to have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding during your consultation so we can advise you appropriately.

How will I receive my aftercare instructions?

Aftercare instructions will be provided verbally at your appointment and also sent to you via email. These must be followed carefully to support outcomes and minimise risks.
