Shana Aesthetics is a nurse-led cosmetic practice based in Perth, WA. All treatments are provided by a qualified registered nurse in accordance with current Australian health and safety regulations. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2.  Appointment Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed by email immediately, with an SMS reminder sent 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

3. Treatment Information

• All treatments are individualised and results may vary between clients.

• No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

• Before and after examples may be shown in consultation for educational purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Due to TGA advertising regulations, treatment names and pricing cannot be listed online.

• All pricing will be discussed during consultation.

• Payment is required on the day of treatment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Deposits are required to secure an appointment and are non-refundable if cancelled within the stated notice period.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within this period, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiting your deposit or a cancellation fee being applied.

6. Medical & Safety

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical history, including medications, allergies, recent treatments, or pregnancy, prior to your appointment.

• Certain treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have specific medical conditions.

• The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
